Supervisor
Firstline Corporation is a multi-process packaging
manufacturer with focus in blown & cast films, extrusion coating and
lamination of paper, film, foil, and fabrics. We are presently running a
120” wide, two-mould line for production of bubble packaging material. In
addition, we are approaching completion of a line for manufacturing bubble
mailing envelopes. We have a position available for the department manager
for the bubble products operation
Position requires five or more years of relevant work experience in-depth
knowledge of all aspects of this type of production process. Prior
experience with cost analysis and budgeting; process improvement and
product development; safety, environmental compliance and training; and a
hands-on MBWA management approach needed. .

coated paper and fabric roll goods for industrial packaging and
construction. Located in Valdosta, GA, an attractive metro population

completion of the rebuilt 130” Black Clauson, two side, “double bump”
blade coater with a design speed of 2000’/min. Planned production
activities include; clay coated linerboard, multiwall paper, fluorocarbon
replacement coatings, and various functional aqueous coatings.
Position requires ten or more years of relevant work experience, in-depth
knowledge of all aspects of this type of production process. Prior
experience with cost analysis and budgeting; process improvement and
product development; safety, environmental compliance and training; and a
hands-on MBWA management approach needed. Salary range is $60k-$75k
coupled with an excellent fringe benefit package.
